Terms, Conditions & Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • The registration fee includes GST.
  • Conference registration is mandatory for all participants.
  • Only spouses are permitted as accompanying persons. Fellows are strictly not allowed to register as accompanying persons.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made by 31st January 2025: Eligible for a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations made by 28th February 2025: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 1st March 2025.
  • All refund processes will be initiated after the conference.
